Here at SJP Tuning we use only market leading tools to access the sensitive parts of your vehicle, including Autotuner dimsport and Autel/Topdon.
We do not use any clone tools which pose significant risks, potentially leading to permanent damage. The ECU is responsible for managing engine performance and emissions. It relies on precise calibration to ensure optimal functioning. Inferior hardware may not have the accuracy or stability required for safe recalibration, leading to incorrect adjustments or voltage spikes that can overload sensitive components within the ECU. These irregularities can result in malfunctions, including but not limited to, incorrect fuel delivery, timing issues, or even electrical shorts. Such damage can render the ECU irreparable, requiring costly replacement and potentially causing further complications within the vehicle's systems.
Our prices for our mobile remapping and tuning service start at £230. The final price is dependant on if your ECU needs removing from your vehicle to apply your new software. Please contact us to obtain an accurate quotation for your specific vehicle
